Marcello Maggioli was born in 1964, in Italy. Influenced by his grandmothers’ typically romagnola cuisine. Since 2007 he moved from Italy to Romania and had a constantly contact with the art world.
I have never participated to a social event before, but I have always had a passion for food and the way it brings people together. Developing new and exciting meals to enjoy fresh recipes, food varieties and is something that I consider it should be on our daily task . I feel that it is important to prepare meals according to taste, diet and to match of the need of the guests. My passions derives also from the importance of meals, because they are a moment of the day in which we can all sit together and and talk, planned, joke and simply have a quality time.
